Hummus Sandwich (vegan) ☆ フムスサンドイッチの作り方

Ingredients:

200g chickpeas
a clove of garlic
1/2tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

any bread you like
zucchini
lettuce
tomatoes
salt & pepper

Instructions:

1. soak chickpeas for 6 hours or more.
2. cook 5 minutes with a pressure cooker. or with a normal pan for 60 – 90 minutes until it softens.
3. put the cooked chickpeas into a food processor. add garlic, salt and olive oil then blend well. add chickpea juice as needed.
4. assemble all the ingredients for your sandwich.

「材料」
ひよこ豆 200g
にんにく 1片
塩 小さじ1/2
オリーブオイル 大さじ2

フォカッチャまたは好きなパン
ズッキーニ
トマト
レタス
塩胡椒

「作り方」
1、ひよこ豆は6時間以上浸水させておきます。
2、圧力鍋で5分、圧をかけます。普通の鍋なら60〜90分ほど柔らかくなるまで煮ます。
3、フードプロセッサーにひよこ豆、にんにく、塩、オリーブオイルを入れて撹拌します。ひよこ豆の煮汁を加えて好みの固さに調整します。
4、サンドイッチの材料をパンに挟んで出来上がり!
